Runway Users

The Stellar Runway Utilizers Association (‘SRUA’) owns, operates, and maintains the runway, parallel taxiways on either side of the runway, the three taxiways at the northeast corner, the infield and water retention areas, and related infrastructure for our members.

By joining SRUA you help ensure the runway and taxiways are maintained well and will be available for all of us in the future.  In return, this maintain’s your property’s elevated value compared to comparable properties in the area.

SRUA membership is associated with each lot in the Airpark community.  SRUA has two membership classes.  Class 1 memberships are associated with residential lots having taxiway access.  Class 2 memberships are associated with residential lots without taxiway access, commercial lots, and owners and renters at the FBO.

Class 1 members are eligible for Board membership and vote on all matters up for a vote by the members.  Class 2 members vote on financial and operational matters up for a vote by the members.

Based on the Stellar City CC&Rs, Runway Users have access to the runway and north half of the west taxiway.  SRUA members and certain property owners have access to the other taxiways through their membership in the SRUA or through easement agreements.
